Site Selection
In most cases, we select the store location, assisting in the necessary lease negotiations. In instances where the prospective franchisee obtains a location, we can assist in the lease negotiations as required. Our on-site staff will also provide you with store layout and design specifications.

Training
We provide extensive training in the fine art of operating your European Bakery/Cafe. Your training will cover all aspects of store operation. This includes a thorough review of the store operating manual and on-site training which will take place at Zebu Forno in Red Bank, NJ.

Store Opening
An experienced Zebu Forno representative ensures proper commissioning of the store and provides on-site assistance to guide you through those first critical days of business.

Operations
You can contact our support staff at any time to assist you with day-to-day operation. Additionally, a representative will visit your store periodically to review progress and provide any assistance you may need.
